BANNED BY ZEALOUS VIRTUE SIGNALERS

The Kennel Club has banned Russian dogs.

The Kennel Club’s chairman, Tony Allcock, clarified the organization “shares the world’s dismay and devastation” over the Russian military incursion into Ukraine.

“These actions are a violation of human rights that are leaving those people in our canine community and beyond fearing for their lives, and, as an organization focused on animal welfare, our hearts are also breaking for all the dogs and other animals affected by this invasion,” he said.

What did the dogs do?!

^ Those do not look like the dogs I remember being Irish Wolfhounds.

They were big like that, but yellowish or black and kinda like big wolves or Shepherds. 6'5" tall standing up. Hold their paws like about to go for a military press.

Neck and head over mine.

Maybe they kinda did look like that. Biggest dogs I've ever seen and smelled funky. I bet their smell keeps wolves away.

Fuckin aye they put mah little Musk Daddy to shame.

They smelled like Musk Daddy + mildew.

I had this dog...and you could give him a bath, but within 3 days, he's gonna get his musk on.

IF he didn't dart out right after you bathe him and roll in sheep shit or bitch-in-heat shit or something.

Stinky didn't bother him at all, and sometimes he had to sleep outside until I could wash him.

They seem to be a tad bit smaller than the Irish type and look like a wolf could kill 7 of them easily.

Wolf Hunting in Russia

Do you know where the expression "thrown to the wolves" came from?

The story and its derivative metaphor are from at least the 19th century. A Russian idiom with the same meaning is "lighten the sleigh".

In Russia, many folktales concerning wolves are told. One such type of tale concerns a troika or other sleigh, or a convoy of sleighs, beset by wolves. One or more passengers are thrown out, to satisfy the wolves or at any rate slow them while they devour their prey, usually to no avail.

Other tales tell of parents sacrificing their children to save themselves. In one, a couple throws their baby to the harrying wolves; the baby is not noticed by the wolves, who go on to kill and devour the couple. In one tale, a wedding party of three sleighs is attacked by packs of wolves. Two sleighs are destroyed, and the drivers of the third eject the bride and groom, but to no avail; everyone is killed.
