LA considering law that would basically ban development

And yes I know this isn't about Trump so no one wants to talk about it but this is a politically liberal state that chooses to price out the black community.

Why do you live in CA if you hate it's government so much? We will never change to right wing ideology or policies, we tried that once and it crushed our economy.

With alldue respect did you not read the article about blacks and other minorities leaving the state? I work in the real estate industry. I can't help you if you choose not to recognize how markets work. In a true capitalist society builders would build to meet housing demand. We don't do that in California so housing prices go up. The irony is its the white home owners that benefit the most. Not sure why you support that.

You live in the IE. How many people moved there because they were priced out of LA?

I own my condo in SF. I benefit financially by all the anti-development laws and attitudes yet I still vote for every pro-development measure in our city.

SF is a city of rich and poor. Not much middle class. And that's going to our state at the pace we're on.

From a political perspective it's not Republicans passing these regulations in our state as they have no power.

Mass is so liberal that we have to hire GOP governors to keep the legislators from getting to expensive.

Remarkably they seldom have any partisan trouble with the 86% Dem legislature.

How about this. From a football perspective the big boys come from the south. So the sec dominates. Demographics have changed everything
