Someone is making money off that and I'm guessing it's not the good citizens living in those areas. I'm guessing national reps cutting backroom deals such as "Yea, give me 30,000 refugees plus a sweet contract and I'm in!" sort of thing. They'll blame another state, of course. LOL

They're not bad. They live in another part of town and they don't cause much trouble. We don't even notice them in our area. Of course that's the low rent part of town where there's more crime. Most of the crime is from the Natives that get dumped in Anchorage from the villages because the Elders from the Native villages can banish them.
