Kyle Rittenhouse

Not a very good analogy. There were obviously lots of armed people present. In fact, one of the guys Rittenhouse shot was armed. I think that pretty much demolishes your position.

fuck you. your defense of this underaged chickenshit bitch- one of the 3 guys he shot, the one not killed, was armed but did not have the gun in his hand when shot.

He didn't purchase it, did he? How could it be a straw purchase?

What child gun law did he break?

Could the suspect carry the rifle legally?
Under Wisconsin statutes that say anyone under 18 who "goes armed" with any deadly weapon is guilty of a Class A misdemeanor, Kyle Rittenhouse, 17, was not old enough to legally carry the assault-style rifle he had.

But John Monroe, a lawyer who specializes in gun rights cases, believes an exception for rifles and shotguns, intended to allow people age 16 and 17 to hunt, could apply.

would a jury be stupid enough to believe this bitch was "hunting" at night in a downtown area?

Why would you need to lie and say you were hunting anyway? You were just carrying it from one place to another.

because of his statements and the videos....you know, evidence.

I am not familiar with that state's gun laws. Here in PA, I carried a S&W .38 on my side and walked through
town numerous times before I was 16, even waved to the cop, heading to the dump to shoot rats.
I don't know if I could today, when we were young we knew better than to shoot other kids.

I guess we'll have to wait and see...

You should have read more carefully.....the joker who purchased the weapon FOR Kyle is the one who will also face charges. THAT was what I clarified. Also, Kyle was UNDER AGE to possess that weapon...he could only use it UNDER ADULT SUPERVISION during hunting or target practice.

This was explained in the links....next time read carefully and comprehensively before you type. Saves time, less repetition for all.

It’s his lawyers bullshit idiot

It won’t fly

He brought a high powered weapon that was not legal for him to own to a protest he wanted shut down

Then he killed people who were protesting

It’s like going to a street with ten bars on it

Standing naked on the street and screaming come fuck me

And then claiming you were raped

Those same lawyers are going to put Rittenhouse on the stand. That tells me they think their case is weak. It also puts Rittenhouse under oath to discuss race, training, white supremacy, militia, maybe even the insurrection.

He bought it with Trump stimulus money via a straw purchase. This all be be confirmed or denied in court.

Kyle Rittenhouse Reveals How Gun Was Paid For in First Interview Since Arrest
In a phone interview with the Washington Post, Rittenhouse revealed the gun he used in the shooting was purchased using money he received from an unemployment check during the coronavirus pandemic. Rittenhouse, 17, could not legally purchase the weapon himself, so he gave the money to a friend to buy it for him, according to both Rittenhouse and police reports.

"I got my $1,200 from the coronavirus Illinois unemployment, because I was on furlough from YMCA, and I got my first unemployment check so I was like, 'Oh I'll use this to buy it,'" he told the Post.

Prosecutors have charged a Wisconsin man with supplying the gun.

Interesting.
SO HE FEARED FOR HIS LIFE. WE KNOW.

And he'll be testifying to that fact. I'm sure it will be a thrilling testimony.

The American teenager accused of fatally shooting two protesters in Wisconsin will testify in his own defense at trial, his lawyer suggested on Tuesday, as he sought to counter the prosecution's portrayal of Kyle Rittenhouse as someone who easily resorted to deadly force.

Some legal experts have said the prosecution faces a tough task in convincing a jury that Rittenhouse did not fear for his life, given video evidence showing all three men were advancing toward him before he fired.

Under Wisconsin law, people can only use deadly force if they "reasonably" believe it necessary to prevent someone from killing or causing great bodily harm to them.

Rittenhouse's lawyers will likely try to portray the men he shot as bad actors involved in lawless behavior, giving him reason to fear for his safety. Richards pointed to the expected testimony of a reporter named Richard McGinnis, who told police that Rosenbaum tried to grab the barrel of Rittenhouse's rifle before the teenager shot him.
