Kyle Rittenhouse

Rittenhouse has to explain why he got an AR and drove to another state to get involved in a rally. He wanted to stop it from happening. However taking a gun and driving that far, shows intent. Evil intent. he was hunting people.

Wrong. It was for defense,....which if you actually look at what happened it turned out the kid was right. He needed it for just that.

Esp. if you can get a bunch of like-minded fascist racists to agree with you and pack your Gofundme account with their money so you can buy better lawyers.

Not sure the difference is in the skill of the lawyer as much as how well funded his case is.

A very well funded case can generally way outspend the State Attorneys budget.

Well funded means better lawyers. OJ Simpson and Trump have both proved that rich people can buy all the justice they need.

So... If I learned of a Trump rally nearby, loaded up my car with tactical gear and a lethal weapon or two, drove to it, started yelling at the Cultists gathered there and threatening them with my bang-bang... and they decided to disarm me, you'd be cool with me capping a few of them? Self-defense, right?

Thanks!
Owl, the Rlifle Kid is a stupid little punk, but that did not happen.

no, they did not, lying bitch. fuck you. try to think, stupid fuck. even someone as stupid as you, if you had a gun, and wanted to disarm a punk ass bitch illegally carrying an assault weapon, would not rush him!! you would shoot his ass first. and even moreso if all you had was a knife..

The complaint outlining Rittenhouse’s criminal charges — which include murder and first-degree reckless homicide — as well as bystanders’ videos, explained what happened next, shortly before midnight: For some reason, Rittenhouse started running in the auto shop parking lot, while his first shooting victim, Rosenbaum, followed him at a close distance, and a journalist trailed Rosenbaum.

At one point, Rosenbaum — who appeared to be unarmed in at least one video — threw what appeared to be a plastic bag in the teen’s direction while running, and it landed short of Rittenhouse. And within seconds, shots rang out, and Rosenbaum fell to the ground, according to the complaint.

Rittenhouse’s legal team has said the teen didn’t open fire first — but rather he heard a gunshot behind him as he ran, turned around, and saw Rosenbaum lunging toward him and reaching for the rifle.

As the journalist attempted to give Rosenbaum medical aid, Rittenhouse apparently called someone — and then fled. The complaint stated:

As the defendant is running away, he can be heard saying on the phone, ‘i just killed somebody.’

According to cellphone footage, a group of people followed Rittenhouse, yelling “Beat him up!” and “Hey, he shot him!” The teenager continued running, tripped, and then fell to the ground — from where he fired four shots.

Per the complaint, several people rushed toward the teen and hit him or tried to disarm him while he was lying on the ground. Among that group was Rittenhouse’s second victim, Huber, who had apparently hit Rittenhouse with a skateboard during the scuffle. Then, the complaint stated:

The defendant then fires one round … Huber staggers away, taking several steps, then collapses to the ground.

Rittenhouse sat up and pointed his gun at Grosskreutz, who ducked, put his hands in the air, and stepped back. Seconds later, when Grosskreutz moved toward the teen, Rittenhouse fired one shot and struck Grosskreutz in the arm, the complaint alleged.

“I never fired my weapon that night,” Grosskreutz said. “Everybody was there exercising their right to protest. And there were some people who were exercising their right to bear arms, including myself.”

both were armed and rushed Rittenhouse, he is a hero here and did what anyone else would do when trash comes to town to destroy it

I never understood the Donald Trump Cultists now going full Kyle Rittenhouse tarded!

You Trumptards need to be more careful about choosing your heroes!

When you have an even more evil Trumptarded idiot among you, and he commits murder on TV for all to see, at least call them out for heaven's sake!

Examples like this is why you are losing more Trumptards everyday!

I just looked it up. His friend who was over 18 bought it for him because Ruittenghouse was underage. It was a friend who supplied it., It was not some stranger handing it to him.

IIRC, a couple others were arrested due to the circumstances of the case. Facilitating the commission of a felony and all that legal bullshit.

In both fatal shootings he was RETREATING.

manslaughter rulings are not solely or wholly dependent upon aggression. Two drunk guys get into a fist fight in a bar and the one who started inadvertently dies, the survivor is charged. The trial determines the details and sentence. Little Kyle's ass shouldn't have been there in the first place, let alone armed. This speaks to intent..an intent based on little Kyle's personal discretion, NOT of police training or authorization. And since there is no video of what transpired PRIOR to the fatal shooting, it's up to testimony, cross examination, etc.

Little Kyle is going to do local time for something.....BUT, if he walks with a slap on the wrist, that will be the fuse for some serious repercussions by some folks just itching to get violent.

Not a very good analogy. There were obviously lots of armed people present. In fact, one of the guys Rittenhouse shot was armed. I think that pretty much demolishes your position.

No, it's a perfect real life example that disproves your statement that because junior was being chased that absolves him of manslaughter in lieu of self defense. See, junior specifically and knowingly traveled from out of town, obtained a weapon he had no legal right to, much less walk around with it loaded, and went into an area of civil disturbance with the express purpose of seeking confrontation. A matter of fact, a matter of history.

He was NOT part of any organized group, the police force, or was asked by any local business owners to show up as he did. Whether armed or not, he got into a confrontation that resulted in a death. Add this to the aforementioned facts, and junior's word along with supporters supposition and conjecture is pretty shaky in court, given no video record prior to the shooting.

What made it illegal for him to obtain a weapon? Was he a felon?
