IThe FBI video shows Kyle shooting of the pedophile then there is video showing Kyle running from the crowd stumbling to the ground and then the skateboarder strikes him on the neck and shoulder just missing his head with a skateboard. Kyle only then turns points the gun and shoots then the other guy points a loaded and cocked handgun at Kyle's head and Kyle shots him in the arm only ONCE when he could have shot him a 2nd time and killed him.
