Kyle Rittenhouse

1 - showing up in a public disturbance armed, not belonging to any organized group recognized by local police or businesses and claiming to be there to "help" is being a self appointed doer of justice.

2. - you can travel anywhere you want....it's what you do when you arrive at your destination that counts. Junior was transported with intent to be a vigilante.

3. - the trial is to determine if it was "self defense" when you are illegally carrying a weapon, pretending to have EMT experience and being an antagonistic figure (para-military dress) in a potentially volatile situation. Who started the fateful confrontation is the key, and NO physical evidence (video) shows this. I've asked you and your cronies time and again to ante up the video to this effect...all you do is blow smoke and show AFTERWARDS material.

4. Please go read the Wisconsin law statute regarding who is legal to own/carry weapons and such. If you don't have the intellectual honesty or courage to do so, I will embarrass you and present for the readers to see just what an alt-right wonk you are.

You think Rosenbaum , Huber, and Grosskreutz got invitations? Who sent them out? If they had stayed home and minded their own business no one would have got shot. Rittenhouse's father lives in Kenosha so Kyle has the same right to be there as anyone. Rosenbaum started this mess by threatening to kill him and trying to take Kyle's gun .

Rittenhouse wasn't there to visit dear old dad....he went straight to his buddy's house to pick up that assault weapon, and the two clowns went right into the fray dressed in their version of para military outfits.

Again, you parrot only what was on the video and testimony AFTER the initial confrontation. You keep repeating this because you just don't know who originally started the mess.

One guy was there to offer his bonafide EMT experience. He DID NOT draw his weapon until AFTER Rittenhouse moved on him in a threatening manner. If he has no legal right to carry that weapon, he will be held accountable. The other two jokers with rap sheets were never given due process for any parole violations...that was taken from our court system by the vigilante actions of Rittenouse.

And again, you have the "right" to be anywhere you want....it's what you do afterwards is the thing.

Already produced the reference. So have others. RQAA.

You're a liar....a simple copy of the post number location will validate what you say. Shyte or get off the pot.

The burden of proof is on you, Squawky. If you got it, show it. If not, spare us all the lame stalling tactics.

RQAA. You can't wish the evidence away, dude.

translaltion: Squawky is a liar....he can't produce the link to Wisconsin law to prove what he parrots.. he actually thinks that his BS in a printed medium will fool the readers.. pathetic.

Since you can't produce facts to the contrary, that makes you like your hero Rittenhouse ... a straw man fallacy.

Strawman fallacy. Inversion fallacy.

translation: Squawky babbles these inapplicable catch phrases when he's caught in a lie or faced with facts and logic he cannot rationally and/or factually disprove. Widdle Kyle lied about his medical training background.

Squawk on, my little alt-right parrot.

Discard of Wisconsin law, the Constitution of the State of Wisconsin, and the Constitution of the United States.
Buzzword fallacies. Void argument fallacy.

Squawky is babbling, dear readers. He'll NEVER admit he's wrong, like his god Cheeto Jeezus. But for the rational, objective reader, here's what Squawky is in denial of. Pay attention to section 948.60, then watch Squawky go off the deep end in denial.

Inversion fallacy.

He doesn't have to belong to any group. He has the right to travel where he wants. He has the right to carry a gun. He has the right of self defense. He did not initiate any confrontation.

He did not initiate any confrontation.

It is legal to carry a weapon. He did not start any confrontation. RQAA. Denying the evidence does not make it go away.

RQAA

Going to go for your special pleading fallacy again? Quoting sections of law is not the entire law, dumbass.

The chronology of the posts shows that we've done this dance, Squawky. Like your icon, you've got nothing but repetition. I'm tire of you, so I'll just pull the rug from under your "rqaa, fallacy" BS:

Not the entire law, dumbass. You also seem to forget the JUDGE DISMISSED THIS CHARGE.

I watch this video and I gotta say i'm actually very impressed with rittenhouses ability to be that effective, under that kind of stress, and all for being a 17 year old.........

for those claiming kyle was an 'active shooter', he had a multitude of targets that were yelling, threatening, chasing him, so why didn't he shoot until he was down on the ground and those 3 people tried to take advantage of it by killing him????

anyone else see the absolute effectiveness of killing the first few aggressors then watching the rest of the cowards scatter like cockroaches????
