That wasn't a "sucker punch." That was a typical fight between idiot teenagers in a parking lot. You can tell both sides are posturing and it leads to punches thrown.

She is free to file a complaint. The prosecution can offer this as a pattern of violent behavior......but that's only if they can be corroborated as legitimate.
