Kyle Rittenhouse - Trumpper

No. It helps that I want to see Fields be gunned down, but not Kyle. Why do you think it's okay for Antifa to attack Kyle?

That wasn't your Antifa boogeyman. All were locals pissed off about Jacob Blake being shot in the back seven times. The mere fact the police officer felt free to do it seems to indicate that Kenosha police are not the best trained or have the citizen's best interests at heart. People, be they Kenosha residents or Lansing, MI residents, don't protest just for something to do. They need a pretty strong impetus to leave the comfort of their homes and risk arrest or worse. The reasons should be addressed and not just addressed for those with lighter skin tones.

The cop is not going to be convicted. Also, the locals were not burning down furniture stores, car dealerships, and mini marts.

Guy comes at me trying to take my gun, while holding one himself, done it's over.

In one video, Rittenhouse is seen being chased into a parking lot by several people while still armed with his gun.

One man then fires a gun into the air from several feet away from the 17-year-old before several others shots are fired.

In another clip from a different angle, one man seen chasing Rittenhouse appears to lunge at the 17-year-old before the suspect fires at least four times.

A body, later identified as Rosenbaum, is then seen on the ground and is assisted by another male. Rittenhouse appears to make a call on a cellphone before fleeing.

It is unclear why the 17-year-old was being chased in the first place. The parking lot is reportedly around several blocks away from the area he previously claimed to be protecting with the other armed men.

Later on, Rittenhouse is filmed being chased by more people down a residential street. He is seen stumbling and falling to the ground.

One person appears to stomp on him on the ground, before the 17-year-old fires twice, hitting Huber in the stomach and another man, Gaige Grosskreutz, who was carrying a handgun, in the arm.

SELF DEFENSE AGAINST A MOB OF ARMED, RIOTING THUGS....

Meh. We'll see if justice really works in America anymore. I sincerely hope it does.

So let's add all this up.

Kyle it seems is a dedicated Trump supporter.
Kyle crossed state lines with a weapon and committed murder.
Kyle then fled across state lines with the weapon after committing those murders.

Crossing state lines makes it a federal offense. It seems you can't blame Kyle's actions on a local democratic mayor. If the rioters and looters are the responsibility of the mayors, doesn't the federal aspect of crossing state lines make his crimes the responsibility of President Trump, the law and order guy?

Or maybe I am confused in that only Democrats have to take responsibility and Republicans never do.

I doubt murder will be charged. In the case of the guy smacking him with a skateboard, self-defense is likely.
If the feds do the charges, since he's 17 and a minor, they may go for charging him as an adult and plea deal this to minor in illegal possession of a firearm used in a felony and give him one felony charge like manslaughter or assault. That will get him about 10 to 15 years in the federal system. That's quicker and cheaper than a trial and the way federal prosecutors--all of them--like to do business.

I seriously doubt the feds will try him for murder.

So 3 people picked up that skateboard and attacked him? yeah right. I read about this kid today. The author said he was thought of as a great subject to be a serial killer. He was always creeping people out. He was always furious when talking about Trump and the right. Kid is a typical righty, guns, hate and Trump.

NO STUPIDFUCK. TWO RIOTING BLM DEMTHUGS ASSAULTED HIM BEFORE THEN, AT LEAST ONE WITH A HANDGUN, AND HE SHOT BOTH OF THEIR ASSES...IN OBVIOUS SELF DEFENSE.

Nothing you stated there changes what I said. Personal anecdote lies somewhere between inadmissible and barely worth using in a court of law. So, whatever people thought of him will have no bearing on his case.

The things that really matter are:

He was in possession of a firearm and crossed state lines with it.
He is 17 making him a minor and not legally eligible to be carrying a firearm without adult supervision.
He shot a person after that person attacked him with a weapon (the skateboard--and yes, it does count).
He possibly shot a second person.

Factors that make murder charges unlikely:

He would have had to have premeditated that or acted without cause. Because he was attacked by the person with a skateboard murder is not going to fly.
There are clearly shots fired by someone other than him heard on the recordings available. That complicates any prosecution.

As federal prosecutors would prefer a plea bargain that's what they'll go for.

They'll carrot and stick him and his lawyer. He'll be offered a plea deal for illegal possession of a weapon (easily provable) and assault with a deadly weapon. That gets him 10 to 15, maybe a bit less as it's likely his first offense, say 8 to 10. The illegal weapon possession is most of that.
They'll then say if he doesn't take it they'll drop manslaughter charges on him with the illegal possession of a weapon and he's looking at 30 to 40 if convicted.

His lawyer will advise the plea deal and that's that. Oh, since as part of the plea deal he waives his appeal rights for just about everything other than incompetent council and that's really tough to prove. So he does 80% of the time and has an equally long period of supervised release meaning he won't be out of the fed's grasp for 16 to 20+ years.

...and he'll be 34-38...Aryan tats, maybe a swastika, no wife, no kids, no job. His daddy didn't do Kyle any favors by filling him up with nonsense and sticking him in a tense situation. All for what?

Murder comes in degrees. Second Degree in this case, two counts.

Don't see it. Too hard to prove when you can slam him with the firearm charge and a major felony. Your way makes a trial inevitable and the feds will want to avoid that if at all possible. The plea deal is what they want.

I do agree that this punk will likely end up recruited by some idiot neo-Nazi group in prison and end up spending his life in and out of it.

That's up to Wisconsin courts. It'll be a year before this kid goes to trial as an adult. I'm guessing he's going to look pretty scared.

Not if he crossed state lines with a firearm. The feds will pick that up in a nanosecond. The state will be shut out of the picture.
