Kushner technically committed a felony

It's a story about someone with unprecedented responsibility, the son in law of the president with umpteen jobs and a very high security clearance, that has committed a felony by lying on his security clearance form.

The fact that there's Russian details is just another detail. If no Russian connection is found, it doesn't change the other part.
i thought is was an obmission?? here's an idea.you and T-Cat can deal with it.
It's just more "Russian connection" noise to my ears.

i commented on the T-Shirt. whatever penalty of law is applicable -OK fine do so.
you're editorializing "like it doesn't matter" is your opinion. I neither endorse or disagree.
I'm working and it's a picayune matter IMHO..
Fine? I am not talking about a fine. He's not the first person to miss something on his form to get security clearance. And when informed of the omission he said submitted a supplementary report saying that he'd gladly supply the FBI with the required contacts. That was back in January.

I'm editorializing "like it doesn't matter" and yes that is my opinion, but it is based on the fact that he's had almost three months to provide the FBI with those contacts and hasn't given them a complete list yet. Three months. He's got the staff and resources, he shouldn't have any problem giving them a full list of contacts and dates etc.

He shouldn't be fined or thrown in jail, his temporary security clearance should be revoked until he furnishes a complete list as required by law and that list can be properly reviewed.
