"House Speaker Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) on Tuesday canceled Rep. Rashida Tlaib’s antisemitic event at the U.S. Capitol scheduled for Wednesday and will host a “bipartisan discussion to honor the 75th anniversary of the US-Israel relationship” in its place."

Good news. Is that a Capitol security or on Capitol property thing that the Speaker has control of? If Ms Tlaib and her Squad get pissy and protest on the steps of the Capitol anyway can we call it an insurrection and have them all thrown in the DC gulag with the J6 political prisoners? I have a feeling we won't have any more worries about any squad if that happens!

Ms Tlaib will just call Ms Bowser and hold her little hate fest somewhere else. Guess which event the pressitutes (sic) will cover? Great way to celebrate the founding of the state of Israel, with calls for another Holocaust.

I have no hate for individuals, but catastrophe is the correct word for meddling in these affairs and forcing a jewish state onto a region that despises them

First off it wasn’t her event, rather she was a scheduled speaker, and the event’s intent was to draw attention to what the Pakistanis view as human rights violations against those living in Israel.

Just a political move by McCarthy to reinsure Israel that his party’s anti Jewish element didn’t define the party, besides, who cares either way

“scheduled to headline,” as I said, a speaker, wasn’t her affair as Breitfart and you implied, and it basically was a nonevent until McCarthy gave it significance and attention for political ends
