Krugman is a moron....

bf gave some bs hardship reasons for not graduating. Presumabley he went on to do ok, yet never returned to college. Hmmm!!!!

In the above op-ed.... Krugman hammers on TX for things like 'their graduation rate is low' and then blames it on their lack of spending.

Unfortunately for the idiotic Krugman, he neglected to check the results in his home state of NY.

Yes... NY's graduation rate overall is lower.

NY's graduation rate for Hispanic and African American students are over 10% less than that of TX.

I wonder... is it because NY doesn't tax and spend enough?

Krugman's home state is New Jersey.

So why doesn't Krugman live and work in New York? Answer: because the taxes are too high. Same reason Rush Limbaugh left and now lives/ works in Florida.

New York and New Jersey have similar levels of taxation as compared to income levels:

New York is 21st and New Jersey is 23rd, which puts them both in the middle of the road with regard to states.

Which changes nothing about the reality. Heavy spending does not equate to good results.

He is doing everything he can to try and spin this away from the point that Krugman is an idiot when it comes to the point he was attempting to make in the article.

I was simply pointing out your error and making a joke. I don't really care whether you think Krugman is an idiot and I don't care to defend Krugman in response to your criticism.

So you are saying as far as this thread is concerned, you are useless.

Thanks... we already knew that.
