To me making such rules about freedom of private companies is dictatorial. When at all possible, private companies should be free to make their own business decisions based on what they feel will make them most profitable. You do not have to shop or work there.

How is it legally discriminatory? Some companies have been charging smokers more for their health insurance premiums for years. It's perfectly legal because smokers tend to have more health issues.*

To what protected class do the unvaccinated Kroger workers belong? Are they all the same gender? Are they all the same religion? Are they all a minority race?

There are lots of companies and insurance companies who will do the same thing. They are not political decisions. they are about money and profits. The dangerous rightys are putting people in the hospital for very expensive care. Insurance companies see what is happening and are responding.
They offer the vaccine for free. They are just trying to keep people out of hospitals so they make more money. They know what causes it.
