Confessed mass killer Anders Behring Breivik was set to make his first public appearance before media and victims in a custody hearing at Norway district court on Monday.
Breivik has confessed to killing 77 people in the July 22 shooting rampage at a youth retreat on the island of Utoya and a car bomb attack in Oslo.
Breivik, whose trial is expected to start in April, appeared at two previous hearings but they have been behind closed doors.
While Breivik has confessed to the attacks he denies criminal guilt, saying he's in a state of war and believes the massacre was necessary to save Norway and Europe from being overrun by Muslim immigrants.
