Pretty or not, violations of the DOJ manual are violations of the DOJ manual.

She is free to say that he is alleged to be a member or MS-13. She is also free to say the indictment claims he is a member of MS-13. She is free to say he is a member of MS-13 when talking about the indictment. She crosses the line when she says the Grand Jury found it to be true. The Grand Jury did not find it to be true that he was a member of MS-13. In our legal system, that truth can only be determined at trial unless the defense stipulates that he is. The DOJ manual says she is not to say anything more than is in the indictment or say anything that risks prejudicing the process.

They totally capitulated on this issue, they are allowing due process in all new cases and obeying the court in this one.
