The solution for your Utopia and your opponents' Utopia is the same: splitting this permanently divided country into two.

That would be expensive, complicated, and destructive. First off, we are not well geographically separated, and many who were left behind in Jesusland(the obvious name for the maga country) would end up being killed. That would mean millions dead in the Jesusland concentration camps, and tens of millions of refugees.

There is the question of how to divide the debt, and cash. Cash is just another version of government debt. Let's say we take every US Dollar and divide it into fifty US cents, and fifty Jesusland cents. Those Jesusland cents would be worthless almost immediately. That means everyone in the world who trusted US Dollars would have lost half their money. That has got to reflect badly on the remainder of the US.

I could go on and on, but your plan is unworkable. That being said, if the current situation becomes less workable, then unworkable may be more workable than the future situation.
