Kennedy Center ticket sales take a nosedive after Trump takeover

Why are you only worried about yourself why aren't you worried about all the jobs we have shipped overseas to countries like China. I'm for dealing with some short term financial pain to bring back jobs to the US. Today's kids don't have as many good manufacturing jobs that can buy them a home and support a family like you had the opportunity to get when you were younger. I'm willing not to have as much cheap Chinese stuff. Are you so addicted to their cheap junk that you can't do without most of it?
And WHEN DID they go overseas?
Back in the 60's and 70 most of them.
And even if we build the infrastructure today MOST of the " jobs " will be done by automation and AI there will be very few people working.
For your info back in the 70' and 80's the auto plant I worked at had almost 10,000 people working there , then they started bringing in automation and now there isn't even 800 people working there.

I pay close attention to everything, including price fluctuation...
I'm happy to keep providing you with the bargain tips...just let me know...
We're both old enough to not be constantly complaining and spending time making things work...Isn't that what we've always done?

Said the crabby old cunt who daily bitches about other posters here, (including the one above), forum management, trans people, gay people, non-white people, "illegals," various celebrities, and Biden Biden Biden. Maybe since this is Sunday and you pretend to be Christian, you should take the log out of your own eye before looking at the speck in tbird's. Could happen.

Ticket sales at the Kennedy Center have continued to plummet following Donald Trump’s takeover of Washington DC’s premier performing arts venue, with the prestigious Stuttgart Ballet expected to dance next month to houses less than 20% full.

Audiences are “voting with their feet to skip out” on shows that would once have been packed, in protest at the US president inserting himself into the center’s management and operations as its new chairman, amid discussions around the notion of renaming it after Trump, according to an analysis by the Washingtonian magazine.

Everyone hates Trump
It's in D.C. isn't it? Quiz question: How many libtards live in Washinton D.C.? Has anyone ever counted registered voters? Why yes, they have. Guess what percentage of voters are libtard? 94%. I wonder if that has anything to do with it.

Personally, I'm happy to hear that the sanctimonious libtards are depriving themselves an opportunity to be seen, ruining their social habits, lol. Of course, this assumes the story is accurate, which is by no means a given.

Typical Uneducated low brow who is proud of his ignorance

The uneducated never see any value in literature, theater, performing arts.

But I'm sure you all have extensive discussions on the best flavor of Doritos.
But when the shit hits the fan you're going to be pulling weeds for them just to get a meal. Or maybe you can do some juggling to entertain.

But just for shit's and giggles how about you explain the value of this shit. Use small words and talk slowly I'm not very smart.

Expands ones mental borders, growing up in NYC kids were exposed to the theater, opera and ballet and the wider world-culture
