"no labels" good brother is how I always operate.
Part of the reason I could back Trump or sanders is to bomb establishment politics. But the establishment is tediously tenacious.

I'd like to see some new coalitions; I don't expect the Dems to rollover from principled opposition-bu if Trump should be successful
maybe we could do some re-alignment at least

First, this isn't about labels, it's about sides. You picked the Trump side .. something you can never escape, now will I let you.

Secondly, perhaps you don't recognize the gravity of the moment, but the opposition is dug in DEEP. Don't expect much cooperation. Just think republicans during Obama's terms .. and worse. Worse because there will be republicans also in opposition.

What surprises me most is the failure to see how dangerous a guy like Trump is. He's just picked the Putin cabinet and you guys don't seem alarmed. That's fucking amazing. Had a democrat done that, you guys would be calling him a traitor.

Did Trump tell you that he was going to load up on Wall Street execs?

like i said -I don't expect the Dems to abandon principled opposition;
but I have no use for Democrats anymore then I do Republicans. I look at anything that disturbs the cozy status quo as a good thing.

I don't think it's debatable the fact that hyper-partisanship is incompatible with good governance.

As to Putin: I've made it abundantly clear that Clinton's/ McCain's hysteria that Putin must constantly be challenged as a zero sum game-
serves no one but the MIC.
Enough of this Cold War madness for it's own sake. Not suggesting Putin needs to be challenged on his over-reach
but I am saying we can curb Russian expansionism without such silliness as NATO expansion.

One thing that worriesme about Trump is his innate lack of intellectual curiosity. There s no good reason to be skipping PDB's.
Hopefully once he's in he'll start to lean more on the various INTEL agencies -but I'm not liking that part of him.

The Dems seem to want to share the pie better then the Repubs, but they miss the idea of growing wealth.
