Because he came down the same pike that all the elitist entitled unqualified GOP frat boys do. He was being groomed to be a partisan corporate puppet activist judge despite the fact that he lied under oath to Congress multiple times on different occasions. I see that we are so not a nation of laws anymore and if we do not get a Progressive in The White House we will never get real change or reform.

If there were several names on the nominee list, the best candidates should have been setting up websites, writing resumes, and preparing for whatever comes next.
