The only attributes of gender are male or female. Do you need a refresher on how male and female are determined. The question assumes all members of either gender MUST equally possess all "attributes of that gender. That's nonsensical.

I understand your position, to you "gender" has the same meaning as "sex", but you do acknowledge that there are people who naturally do not fit the expectations of what a man or woman is beyond genetala.

I am ok with understanding that to you its about semantics, I understand your position. That does not mean people can no naturally not fall into the general social expectations of what a man or woman should be like. There is naturally a huge variety of attributes that make up people despite their sex, regardless of if you believe the word "gender" is more flexible than the word "sex".

Using your definitions I agree with you.
