Kash Patel: All The Documents At Mar-a-Lago Were Already Declassified

Okey dokey.

We'll know soon enough, won't we?

I know I'm excited. Not enough popcorn for this one.
If a President stands alone in a room looks at a classified document and say it’s now declassified. Writes nothing down, stamps nothing, records & documents nothing. Walks away the classified document is thus declassified.

It doesn’t have to be proven. The President’s word is, according the Constitution and the SCOTUS’ decision on it, the law on the matter.

Like I said - there's a protocol.

Good luck w/ that one, though.

Nope.

If this information is declassified, it should all exist in normal archives, then...not just Mir-a-Lago.
Should be easy enough to prove, right?

since lunch, the bartender, the gecko and the ambulance chaser have all decided they never once thought Trump was going to jail......if nothing else makes it obvious that they know they've failed once again, that seals it........

Doesn’t matter. Trump has already declassified it all…

Does indeed matter.

If Trump declassified it and it doesn't appear in the appropriate archives, Trump stole government property.

If it includes national security information and he declassified it to compromise national security, it's treason, a capital offense.

you've prayed for it every day since 2016......

I never pray for any reason.

I never believed Trump should be in jail until he incited a riot, led the crowd to an insurrection and tried to overthrow the election that ended up getting many people hurt, and some people killed.

NOW I WANT TO SEE THE LYING, crying SORE-LOSING BASTARD ROT IN JAIL FOR EVERY ONE OF HIS CRIMES.

Nope- A president has no power to declassify Official Governmental Documents stamped ISSP!

A PRESIDENT IS NOT GOD- HE IS JUST THE PRESIDENT!

Wrong. The President is the ultimate decider on what is or is not classified.

The legal basis for the classification system comes from the president’s constitutional authority as commander in chief. Presidents have established and developed it through a series of executives orders dating to the era encompassing World War II and the early Cold War. The current directive, Executive Order 13526, was issued by President Barack Obama in 2009.

Is the classification system enforced by criminal law?
Largely not.

For the most part, the classification system is about bureaucratic controls. The main punishment for disobedience is administrative: Officials can be admonished, lose their security clearances and be fired.

So its your position that all the president has to do is think to himself, "this document is declassified."

Executive Order
The President has the authority to declassify documents in the public interest that originated in any department or agency of the executive branch. A recent example is Executive Order 14040, Declassification Reviews of Certain Documents Concerning the Terrorist Attacks of September 11, 2001, signed by President Joseph R. Biden Jr. on September 3, 2021. This executive order directed
government departments and agencies that originated records pertaining to September 11 to conduct declassification reviews to disclose as much of this material as possible in the public interest.

There is a process for Declassifying Top Secret documents. Not only that, a president is not allowed to steal governmental property.

All records of the White House are to be handed over to the Archives department, preserved, and protected by the Archives department.

Donald Trump stole the Government's Top Secrets and he now needs to be indicted and convicted of his crimes.

YOU DON'T WANT TO DO THE TIME- DON'T commit the crime!
