The situations are not the same, therefore there's nothing to be consistent.
Please enlighten me about "where the real violence and danger lies."

As if your "analysis" was based on anything but partisan hate? "Kavanaugh is a dangerous mutant".After that ludicrous analysis, no questions are appropriate.
I do like your new "Golden Shower" nickname, however. Well done, Owl.

VP demands that politicians 'speak out against hate' after Paul Pelosi attack – but neither she nor Biden has yet condemned man arrested with gun outside Brett Kavanaugh's home
Critics pointed out that Harris and President Biden failed to speak out against hate when Kavanaugh's life was threatened in June by a 26-year-old Californian, who travelled across the country intent on killing him. Kavanaugh was targeted for his support for the repeal of Roe v. Wade.
- Paul Pelosi, 82, underwent surgery on Friday for a fractured skull after he was attacked in the early hours of the morning at their San Francisco home
- A hammer-wielding assailant, David DePape, 42, shouted: 'Where is Nancy?': he has been arrested and will be charged with attempted homicide
- Kamala Harris on Friday condemned the attack in her hometown, and urged people to 'speak out against hate'
- Critics pointed out the vice president failed to speak out when a plot to kill Brett Kavanaugh was foiled: his attacker too faces attempted murder charges
- Joe Biden on Friday also condemned the attack on Paul Pelosi: he, too, walked away when reporters asked him to condemn the attack on Kavanaugh
- A California man, Nicholas John Roske, was arrested on June 8 outside the Supreme Court justice's home with a gun and knife, hoping to kill him
On Friday, however, Harris took the moral high ground.

Kamala demands other politicians "speak out against hate" but she does not, has not and will not when the perps are left wing lunatics.
Historically, which groups are responsible for mass, perpetual riots, destruction of businesses, burning of cars, rioting after elections because they don't like the result, have been a continual cause for SWAT teams to be dispersed at inaugurations?
We both know the answer. If you want to be honest and engage, I may choose to respond. If you're just trolling again, then it will back to no response. You set the tempo.

...Both are violent, and both are dangerous. You have to decide which is potentially worse: The loss of a few lives or the breakdown of society as a whole on a local scale. I see them as equally vile and to be condemned.
I don't watch FOX or any national network anymore. I got burned out on politics and tired of all of them.
Again, Biden's obligatory lip service does not negate the point.
It's the function of the courts to decide which is worse. Why are you suggesting that courts become Kangaroo Courts subject to Popular Opinion?
IMO, all violent people should be arrested and charged.
It isn't so much where it lies as much as there is a distinct difference between how the radical Right and radical Left carry violence out. I've said this many times before, and we've seen it again in this attack by some radical Right nutter, versus the actions of radical Leftist environmentalists of recent.
The Pelosi attack is characteristic of the radical Right. A lone nutjob with an axe to grind comes completely unhinged and goes on a violent rampage. The Kavanaugh attempted assassination by a radical Leftist was a glaring exception, but of course he also was unable to carry it through. A radical Right nutter would have gone through with it.
Characteristic of the radical Left are the environmental protesters tossing soup on pictures and gluing themselves to walls and floors. These violent (and they are violent just not as violent) low-grade attacks on society aren't one-off acts but generally are carried out by the mob, if you will. That is dozens of radical Leftists carry out such attacks day after day hitting various targets and causing serious property damage. Personal injury is usually limited to minor assaults, resisting arrest, etc.
The lone actor on the radical Right can be incredibly violent and will often run up a body count. The mob on the radical Left will cause millions, tens of millions, in property damage, injure dozens, and whole city centers for days causing the loss of millions more in business and other disruptions of society. At the extreme, they get control of some area of a city like the CHAZ / CHOP. Then society crumbles, there are murders, wholesale looting, and society degrades into anarchy. An historical example is the Terror of Paris 1793 during the French Revolution. Same thing, same result.
Both are violent, and both are dangerous. You have to decide which is potentially worse: The loss of a few lives or the breakdown of society as a whole on a local scale. I see them as equally vile and to be condemned.
I assume you have paid attention to current events over the past 20 years.Yes, stupid and/or crazy people are a problem.
Agreed on Harris's hypocrisy.
Trumpers? 1/6 was pretty violent. I'd be happy to read any data you have. Regardless, all violent people should be arrested and charged.
Your choice to answer or not. I believe in choices and respect people who make honest choices.
Bears repeating.Wrong! The courts can only decide innocence or quilt according to the law. It isn't the courts that decide politics, policy, or legislative bills. That's for the people and legislatures / elected politicians to decide.
I agree that all violent people should be arrested and charged. Maybe we could start with doing that to the thousands of violent Leftist protesters that rioted all summer of 2020...

No shit. Why are you flip-flopping on locking up violent people?Wrong! The courts can only decide innocence or quilt according to the law. It isn't the courts that decide politics, policy, or legislative bills. That's for the people and legislatures / elected politicians to decide.

So Jan 6th was just a couple of thousand loan nut jobs that got together to attack the Capitol? Personally I think the bigger danger is people attacking our Capitol compared to a couple of nutjobs throwing soup at a painting. It's interesting that you would bring up the French revolution and then discount the Jan 6th insurrection.
This is the kind of nonsense you believe and regurgitate.
Hundreds were arrested in connection with the riots in 2020. A rather large number were convicted. The problem is because the arrests and convictions were local you pretend they didn't happen.
Thousands protested peacefully in 2020. Some of them were arrested. Some of them were injured by the police. In the case of leftist riots you seem to want to blame everyone, even those that committed no violent crimes. Then when it comes to Jan 6th you want to absolve everyone that urged the action that resulted in an attack on our government.
