Kamala's hypocrisy

Life is Golden

The Sage
VP demands that politicians 'speak out against hate' after Paul Pelosi attack – but neither she nor Biden has yet condemned man arrested with gun outside Brett Kavanaugh's home

  • Paul Pelosi, 82, underwent surgery on Friday for a fractured skull after he was attacked in the early hours of the morning at their San Francisco home
  • A hammer-wielding assailant, David DePape, 42, shouted: 'Where is Nancy?': he has been arrested and will be charged with attempted homicide
  • Kamala Harris on Friday condemned the attack in her hometown, and urged people to 'speak out against hate'
  • Critics pointed out the vice president failed to speak out when a plot to kill Brett Kavanaugh was foiled: his attacker too faces attempted murder charges
  • Joe Biden on Friday also condemned the attack on Paul Pelosi: he, too, walked away when reporters asked him to condemn the attack on Kavanaugh
  • A California man, Nicholas John Roske, was arrested on June 8 outside the Supreme Court justice's home with a gun and knife, hoping to kill him
Critics pointed out that Harris and President Biden failed to speak out against hate when Kavanaugh's life was threatened in June by a 26-year-old Californian, who travelled across the country intent on killing him. Kavanaugh was targeted for his support for the repeal of Roe v. Wade.

On Friday, however, Harris took the moral high ground.

Well, they're not saying anything about Katie Hobbs (she's the Democrat running for governor of Arizona) whose campaign HQ in a high-rise office building was broken into and burglarized by an unemployed Angolan immigrant either. There is some speculation--how founded it is isn't at all clear--that it was an inside job in the Jessie Smollett mold. It does seem odd that this guy would go into a high-rise office building and the only office he hits is hers...

Biden gave immediate, emergency, round the clock protection to the Supreme Court, and then signed a bill that he had shepherded through Congress into law making it permanent in just 8 days. Getting anything like that done in 8 days is a miracle.

Meanwhile, Republicans are still trying to make excuses.

You fucks are backing a mentally challenged woman abuser who's forced women to have abortions while claiming to be "pro-life without exceptions. If you're going to accuse anyone of "hypocrisy" you need to look inward.

Douche.

Indeed.

Nor did they insist that the illegal demonstrations in front of Supreme Court member's home be stopped and the demonstrators prosecuted for violating a federal law.

You've been shown that you are totally wrong here.

Try to work up a bit of ethical wherewithal to acknowledge that you were wrong, although I doubt you can do it.

The antiabortionists have pushed for greater freedom to demonstrate in front of people's houses. It would be hypocritical if the same Justices who allowed protests in front of doctors' houses, and point of guns at people who want gun regulations, would then go on and say protests against Justices should be illegal.

The obvious solution is that people decide how far they, and people agreeing with them, should be allowed to go, and then apply it to the other side.

Walter, there is a federal law prohibiting demonstrations in front of Supreme Court Justices’ homes.

Why did Biden and his J/D ignore that law?

Why do you Reichtards post such blatant bullshit that is so easily debunked within seconds? You'd think a "rich" guy like #TRE45ON could afford a better class of minions.
