Anyone can. Well, any sane person. It's not too difficult. The problem is that it's not as good as being in person and viewing/hearing facial expressions, tone, inflection, etc. This has to be compensated for by a lot more interactions. A person can pick up a lot in a single personal conversation using the normal cues, but it takes dozens or more posts to understand the emotional state of a person using only text.
However, the fact remains you style of posting says a lot about you. Not just one post but thousands of posts. I'm guessing your caps key isn't broken, so you type in all caps on purpose because you feel it makes your posts more important, that it makes them stand out from those who post normally. You bold your entire post, not just word or phrase. That also conveys your emotions. Others color their entire post or using a different font for the same reason. That also says something about them. The posting style can be compared to what they are actually posting and, over time, how their focus of posting. Is it positive? Does it vary? Or, like you, is it always negative, divisive, hateful and bitter?
What I can't tell is whether you are just a harmless old fat man in a wheelchair bitching about how badly life has treated him or if you are like this asshole:
