Free speech is not guaranteed and universal under any and every circumstance.

The Supreme Court can be imagined screaming, 'But all we can adjudicate is the legality. We can't dictate what we believe is helpful or harmful to society. We only make decisions on the legality of a case.'

And that is why we need to revive a set of guidelines for morality with the health of our society being the goal.
