The prosecutor has no job unless and until there is actual evidence of a crime. Revealing my tax returns doesn't give a prosecutor a job. It only makes my tax returns public. Unless I have clearly committed a crime with my tax returns there is no job for a prosecutor. That can't make up crimes for which there is no evidence.
