Justice Ginsburg's mistake.........................benefits Trump so thanks babe

they're talking about being impartial in a legal proceeding, not being impartial in politics......but you knew that and just wanted to talk like an ass, I know.......

So what does her political opinion have to do w/ her rulings in legal proceedings?

My goodness - you just minimized all of your own outrage about this. Do you realize that?

But you're ignoring the basic idea that justices like Ginsburg, Thomas & (the late) Scalia were never impartial to begin with. What's the difference if they voice it, or not?

the difference is called ethics......almost everyone knows she fucked up.....as I say, she probably just forget to take her meds that day......old people forget things like that......

I was never outraged.....does that disappoint you?......I know you were hoping for outrage.......where is your sympathy for the old and feeble minded?......

.
There is a concept called avoiding the appearance of impropriety -and I just mentioned why it's imperative .

here's SCOTUS case about campaign contributions. if "money =political speech", and if Ginsberg engaged in political speech...

Court: Judges must avoid appearance of bias
http://abcnews.go.com/Politics/story?id=7784725&page=1
The high court for the first time set down a rule for disqualifications arising from money judges receive as they campaign for election to the bench. The court said judges must pull out of a dispute when "a serious risk of actual bias" arises because "a person with a personal stake in a particular case had a significant and disproportionate influence" in getting the judge on the bench to hear the case.

here. this is much more direct:
