Maybe not if someone close to Trump said something to the FBI......they really need help with their "The walls are closing in" narrative. ....they are keen to ramp up the phycological pressure on Trump hoping that he will finally crack.
if they name names then Trump can publicly devalue the witness and weaken the attack. no, thats why DoJ fought so hard to not unseal and they will redact all they can.
only the judge can be fair about this and there is little chance of that given his past bias against the president.
You don't think the NYT or other media outlet might mention the fact that Trump wants it released? I bet they pointed out the fact that the party that wanted the warrant released also wanted the affidavit released during a hearing.
