President Obama has refused so far to survey the Louisiana flood disaster, but he did let state and local officials know that he’s watching to make sure they don’t engage in racial discrimination.

In a 16-page guidance issued Tuesday, the Obama administration, led by the Justice Department, warned Louisiana recipients of federal disaster assistance against engaging in “unlawful discrimination on the basis of race, color, or national origin (including limited English proficiency).”

Think about this: you have 3 inches of mud in your home and Obama's DOJ *really thinks* you might discriminate against the three shovel ready Hispanics at the door.

It would be hard to make this stuff up. If your home has been ruined by flood water, you just want the mud out and the carpet pulled up, you don't give a damn about much else. It's actually kind of insulting.

Pair this with Obama's refusal to take half a day of his vacation [there's no excuse with Air Force One---he could make the visit and golf in the same day] to make an appearance in Lousiana and it spells huge political miscalculation.

To Trump's benefit. Trump scored the biggest win of his campaign thus far.

Imagine how that plays down there.

I don't know, they're either hyper insulated in their politically correct bubble or they wanted to give the appearance of having done something constructive---maybe both.

it looks like the whole thing was because some private renter put in an ad in the paper for "whites only".
Does this merit a 16 page warning to the state?
