I once had a big complex Personal injury case, where the jury was to figure out how much my client was owed. It was 38 million dollars under my argument, and 0 under the Defense argument.

The jury asked for a calculator after about a day of deliberations. Quietly I felt that was a very good sign, because to get to 38 million dollars they had to make come calculations, I though they were checking my math.

The Defense was so excited, somehow they felt the jury was making their own calculations and that the verdict would be very low.

The jury awarded 54 million.

They were adding to my calculations.

nope. it might be a huge problem for your fragile ego, but otherwise - no problems actually are created by any of us being wrong.
Us on this board, correct, except that it promotes a serious misunderstanding of our political reality.
