Just a correction of the total lie thread title posted earlier on this topic.

An OBVIOUS win for Trump, in addition to having a half dozen charges in the political persecution thrown out, as well.

Out of 41 and three applied to Trump. And only because they were vague. They can clean those up and reindict.

The loss of Wade means little. His role was administrative in nature and can easily be replaced if they choose to do so. It alters NOTHING as far as the evidence goes.

Much ado about very little.

Wade just withdrew from the case. This ruling is dumb. If the DA did nothing wrong why did Wade have to resign. If Fatty Willis did nothing wrong why is Wade being forced off the case. The Judge was obviously looking out after his own future. The evidence was overwhelming and he had to do something but he didn't want to piss Black voters in Atlanta off . It is not a coincidence that the Democrat party is going to primary him with a Black candidate. I don't think this decision will save him though.

This case will never be tried before November. After Trump is President it would have to wait till he is out of office. Sorry for your sadness. :sadbaby:

It will not be tried before November, but even if Trump wins he wouldn’t be president until January.

Because of the number of defendants there is no way the case gets tried before January either. This isn't one of your slip and fall cases. :laugh:

The real question is: Why doesn't Trump want to go to trial RIGHT NOW so he can clear his name. Answer? Absolutely everyone knows he will lose. These cases are open and shut, as the defendant has admitted on tape to the crime. They are terrified of these trials, because their cult leader might not win if he's a convicted felon. Apparently, being a rapist, a fraud, and a conman isn't enough to end their unwavering support.

How is this a win for Trump, his lawyers failed to get the AG removed and he still faces over thirty five charges in Georgia, plus, those three charges removed can be reintroduced, right, big win

Lead prosecutor gone, multiple charges thrown out, and the credibility of the entire case is seriously in question now.

Because the prosecution is withholding exculpatory evidence, in standard sleaze-o-crat fashion.
