Judge reveals Scalia's serious health problems

This came from another article. "Some have noted that Scalia, who died at 79, was pronounced dead over the phone and was allegedly found later with a pillow over his head..."

It suggests to me that he was found in normal sleeping position, Poindexter checked on him and probably moved him to see if he was breathing, and that caused the pillow to shift. All after he died.

His family could have had one but they chose not to.

The report said Scalia was so weak he couldn't even have rotator cuff surgery and that's an outpatient procedure. I think it's that he was seriously sick and the family didn't want that made public.

You think? Bullshit. You bend over, grab your ankles, and believe whatever your handlers tell you.

Now that sounds more believable.

Odd that they wouldn't say it was "over his face", if that was what the implication is!! :dunno:

There's also another article circulating now where Poindexter clarified for reporters that he found Scalia with a pillow ABOVE his head, NOT over it.
