Judge rejects Newsom’s emergency request to limit Trump LA troop deployment by Tara Suter - 06/10/25 11:45 PM ET A judge has rejected California Gov. Gavin Newsom’s (D) emergency request to limit President Trump’s Los Angeles troop deployment. Newsom had earlier Tuesday asked a federal judge to immediately intervene to limit Trump’s deployment of the National Guard in L.A., asking for an emergency ruling by 1 p.m. PDT that day. U.S. District Judge Charles Breyer, however, granted the Trump administration’s request for more time to respond to Newsom’s request. The administration has until 11 a.m. PDT Wednesday to submit its arguments.

So, you want the riots to continue and the citizens of California to continue suffering from these riots.
No, the riots should and have mostly stopped. The protesting should continue.

LMFAO

IT is being appealed. We will see how this shakes out.
I do not think that is accurate.

The "Rejection" was just for an "Emergency" order whereas the judge is expected to HEAR the parties on an expedited basis and then decide, as far as i have heard.

It is really hard for a Judge to intervene via Emergency order to countermand a POTUS emergency order because you can imagine with an honest president it would be very dangerous for a judge to substitute their judgement that this 'is not really an emergency and Potus got it wrong', without letting both parties present why or why not it is an emergency.

So this judge did what i think most would do.
