obfuscation. here's my issue about government in general. If a single agent/cop screws up, unless it's a totally egregious offense that is disgraceful to the public at large, government will circle the wagons and defend the conduct. As my earlier example, I asked you if a single cop is arresting someone who is not resisting and that cop punches said arrestee 6 times (an OBVIOUS assault against the law) and the several officers around this cop do not arrest him immediately, are they not condoning the illegal act?

Who cares what your reaction was? You implied that no one is held accountable when something goes wrong, well, Brown was forced to "resign". He was certainly held accountable. Bush did try to initially cover up for him, but then Bush was held accountable for that. So I guess your question has been answered.

No, minors should not have sex, but they do, even when encouraged not to or taught if they do they should use protection. Minors do many risky things, it is part of the rebellion process against their establshment. Children aren't perfect and when mistakes are made I would rather they have this option then have to have an abortion.
