WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. — A federal judge on Thursday ordered the government to redact and ultimately release a version of the highly sensitive warrant affidavit that was used to justify a search by the F.B.I. last week of former President Donald J. Trump’s private home and club.

Ruling from the bench, the judge, Bruce E. Reinhart, said that there were portions of the affidavit that “could be presumptively unsealed.”

Was just reading the decision on a different site. Looks like he's giving them more time to show why parts of it should remain sealed. I hope that that information is not provided to #TRE45ON's attorneys, or he'll be posting it on Untruth Social this evening.

The Justice Department also revealed during Thursday’s hearing that the investigation into whether Trump illegally stored classified records at his Florida estate – and potentially violated the Espionage Act – is still “in its early stages.”

Jay Bratt, a top Justice Department national security prosecutor, had argued that the affidavit should remain hidden from the public. Unsealing it, he said, would provide a “road map” of the investigation — which is in its “early stages” — and expose the next steps to be taken by federal agents and prosecutors.

Put it out in the open and there would be no reason to question the integrity of leftists. I personally never question the integrity of leftist because I know you people dont have any. I expect one of two outcomes from this late next week--assuming the DoJ doesn't stall release:

1. The affidavit will be heavily redacted and just fuel suspicions of those that already had them, while doing nothing to bolster the case of those that approve of the raid.

or

2. The affidavit will be so broad and vague that in addition to being forced to release it, the DoJ takes yet another blow to their credibility while the MSM and supporters of the raid dissemble and equivocate trying to make it sound like the raid was truly unbiased and legitimate.

Not sure he is posting it, because it might harm him. Trump wants the info from it so he can figure out whats happening and what they are investigating. He wants to know who the informant is.

The judge did not give it to the Trump attorneys. He just said some of it can be public, let me see what the Government proposes.

The Donald has basically admitted that he possessed documents that he shouldn't have, some of which were top secret. That in itself justifies the FBI search.
 
I would have liked to have seen some of the items seized from trumps estate to include a private emails server that had classified emails and documents on it, with evidence that they scrubbed the server and a box full of broken cell phones..........the brain collapses of liberals would have been awesome to see
