Andrew Napolitano, the senior legal analyst for Fox News, has been temporarily sidelined following his unproved assertion last week that former President Barack Obama had asked for British assistance in spying on Donald J. Trump, a person briefed on the decision said on Monday.

If you work for Fox, you have to be careful because you are likely feeding conspiracy theories to the President and may get him in trouble.

If you get their hero in trouble you end up suspended.

The Conservatives are so upset by Obama's success they have turned to making up more stuff about him, shouting it into an echo chamber and hoping it is considered true by enough people. .

not that any of you lefties will believe this, but Napolitano is about as non partisan as they come. he believes strictly in the constitution, rule of law, and the truth. things that he reports or comments on have been non partisan and been negative against both parties. of course you'll say this is fake because it makes obama complicit in illegal activity, so you're doomed to historical perpetuity.

again, Napolitano doesn't play sides, other than the constitution. he's gone after Bush, he's gone after Clinton, he's gone after Reagan, Obama, and Trump. he's as neutral and non partisan as you get.

I find it amusing that when i've posted stuff from him against Bush, in the past, everyone on the left believed him. what's different now?

Supposed belief in the the Constitution is nothing more than a smokescreen for the right to hide their hatred of taxes, social assistance programs and their love of guns behind.

Fucking fake-ass hypocrites will even suck up to the Russians if they think a POTUS who also sucks up to them will support their narrow agenda.

People who desire the right to oppress others, who are afraid of true competition and not being able to live off the laurels of there ancestors have made up this fake idea of an originalist Constitution that protects nobody and limits the government from being able to "level the playing field". They want to make it so that individuals born poor have no opportunity to compete with those born wealthy. They actually hate true Capitalism, the love a type of Capitalism where the government protects the wealthy from competition from those born poor.
 
Now they have invented the dark and secret conspiracy theory of the Deep State, so they can blame it for anything that goes wrong in the Rump Administration.

I agree there is no guarantee of happiness, but happiness is no where close to what I am talking about. The poorest people I know are among the happiest.
I also agree the institutionalization of generational wealth comes from both sides, but its justified by the Right and they try to argue for its acceptance. They argue that its righteous and it is not. I dont know how many wealthy men I know who claim to be "self made" and thus far I have not met a single one who truly is.
