We need better words than "shameless" and "phony." He's absolutely disgusting. It embarrasses me that he is one of this great country's leaders.

A complete and total lie. She sentenced based on what the prosecutors asked for.

So your problem lies with the prosecutors who didn't seek a tougher sentence.

You do know that judges can't just randomly decide how long someone's sentence is, right?
