At about 2:00 in the video Trump says "Portland is burning to the ground.'
Then again at 2:13 - "And you've seen it, the place is burning down and they pretend like there is nothing happening."

Was the guillotine named "Portland?" I guess if it was, that would be Portland on fire. But the video shows only a small fire at the base of the guillotine so Portland didn't burn down like Trump claimed.
