More questions were asked of Judge Aileen Cannon’s fitness to preside over Donald Trump’s high-profile classified documents case on Monday after the South Florida federal judge rejected special counsel Jack Smith’s bid to preserve “grand jury secrecy” through sealed filings.

In her ruling, Cannon questioned the “legal propriety” of Smith using an “out-of-district grand jury to continue to investigate and/or to seek post-indictment hearings.” She demanded that Smith explain why prosecutors are doing this by Aug. 22.

In a separate blow to Smith, Cannon also removed two filings by prosecutors—about defense attorney Stanley Woodward’s potential conflicts of interest—from the record entirely.

Unlike the Washington judge Aileen Cannon will be corrected AGAIN for her errors made in her attempts to give Trump a handy.

Pointing out she is both biased and stupid and laughing when she is forced to reverse are fun.


In this instance she is AGAIN acting as if a Defense attorney for Trump and making arguments even the defense are not making, instead of ruling on the arguments they are making.

Anyway she is upset now as she can see how she, and the Trump fucked up. How they thought they were doing a good thing for Trump by pushing the Florida case back so far but now they know they opened the door wide enough for the Washington Judge to squeeze that case into the gap.

As Trump prior lawyer, Tim Parlatore said, he did not understand why the Trump team pushed for no trial until after the election or so far out as it just opened the door to other trials sneaking in. He says he would have taken the early date and just kept asking for 3 or 6 month extensions as it got close thus leaving no time for other trials to squeeze in.

What we will see is now Jack will not care how much the Florida case gets pushed back. He will keep adding in more to it, even if it delays it more since Florida will not happen before the election, so it will go after, when Trump loses, on no time constraints.
