JPP member urges that a US Congresswoman be butchered. How does the law stand ?

Arabs in the Knesset are systematically abused , threatened and excluded . The new , overtly fascist, Israeli regime is moving to remove them entirely.
Israel is not- and never has been- a democracy.

Which brings me back to law.

Is it legal for a foreigner to suggest recruiting , on an Internet forum, for the butchering of an American Congresswoman ?
Does the 1st Amendment stand behind such a suggestion. ?

Threatening government officials of the United States

Threatening the government officials of the United States is a felony under federal law. Threatening the president of the United States is a felony under 18 U.S.C. § 871, punishable by up to 5 years of imprisonment, that is investigated by the United States Secret Service.[1] Threatening other officials is a Class D or C felony, usually carrying maximum penalties of 5 or 10 years under 18 U.S.C. § 875, 18 U.S.C. § 876 and other statutes, that is investigated by the Federal Bureau of Investigation. When national boundaries are transcended by such a threat, it is considered a terrorist threat.[2]

It transpires then, that the Brit maggot is, in the eyes of the US government, a terrorist.

You should appear here, maggot, right away- and explain your request to have a US Congresswoman butchered.

Some news outlets ran video of Palestinians celebrating in the streets when the World Trade Center was destroyed by Islamist terrorists.

We're supposed to give a fat fuck about beige savages like Moon?
I don't think so.

Yes, 50 years of being slaughtered by American bombs does that to people. I was in Portugal at the time. The Portuguese were celebrating too- and they've never suffered in the same way, to my knowledge. It must be a reflection of what the world at large thinks of US complicity with Israeli fascism. The stink sticks. Look at yourself, for example.

Who's ' "we " ? Are you aligning yourself with the terrorist maggot and his call to butcher a US Congresswoman ?

Nah, you wouldn't have the nads. You're just a pimp for Narcissism.

Prosecutions for death threats against US politicians spiked last year

Arrests for violent threats against high-profile US politicians spiked in 2018.

There were 23 prosecutions for threats against Donald Trump or those in the presidential line of succession last year, a 130% increase over 2017, when there were 10, according to Syracuse University’s Transactional Records Access Clearinghouse (TRAC). The uptick came after five years of steady decline.

The number of prosecutions, which don’t necessarily correspond with actual threats, can represent the government’s willingness to press cases at any given time. Researchers say the vast majority of threats overall in the US tend to come from white men who support right-wing causes.

Three cases involving defendants who threatened the lives of political figures came to various stages of resolution in federal courtrooms last week.

The terrorist maggot wouldn't happen to be a white right-wingnut would he ?

Haw, haw..................................haw.

For more than four decades, the Supreme Court has said that "true threats" to harm another person are not protected speech under the First Amendment. But the court has been careful to distinguish threats from protected speech such as "political hyperbole" or "unpleasantly sharp attacks."

Elonis claims he was depressed and that his online posts under the pseudonym "Tone Dougie" were a way to vent his frustration after his wife left him and he lost his job working at an amusement park. His lawyers say the posts were heavily influenced by rap star Eminem, who has also fantasized in songs about killing his ex-wife.

But Elonis' wife testified that the comments made her fear for her life.

Elonis was convicted of making threats of violence and sentenced to nearly four years in federal prison. A federal appeals court rejected his claim that his comments were protected by the First Amendment.

The Obama administration says requiring proof that a speaker intended to be threatening would undermine the law's protective purpose. In its brief to the court, the Justice Department argued that no matter what someone believes about his comments, it does not lessen the fear and anxiety they might cause for other people.

"The First Amendment does not require that a person be permitted to inflict those harms based on an unreasonable subjective belief that his words do not mean what they say," government lawyers said.

Hmmm. It appears that the terrorist maggot's liberty is dependent upon whether the threatened Congresswoman feels threatened or not.

You should be asking Rashida Tlaib for forgiveness , maggot- ' cause your ass is hers.

How many Palestinians are in the Knesset?

McMoonshi'ite is a supporter of BDS which is totally opposed to the existence of an Israeli state. It also calls for the repatriation of over 4 million people most of whom were never born in Israel.

Israel has a relatively large community of Iranian descent (either Iran-born or second and third generation). Some estimates put the number at 250,000 individuals, including second and third generation.

Foreign Policy Research Institute A Nation Must Think Before it Acts Iranian Jews in Israel, Protests, and the Palestinians

Roughly 250,000 Israelis are of Iranian descent, and many feel a strong connection to their Iranian identity.
Iranian Jews in Israel organized rallies in solidarity with Iranian women following the death of Masha Amini at the hands of the Islamic Republic’s morality police.

Israeli support for the Iranian protest movement stands in tension with the Israeli government’s approach to the Palestinians.

Mahsa Amini was killed on September 16, 2022, by the Islamic Republic’s morality police. She was arrested for not wearing her hijab properly and died while in custody. Her murders have not been punished. The news of her death sparked protests across Iran and the world. Protests in Toronto and Berlin, Los Angeles, and Paris, followed the lead of Iranian women and those in the diaspora and chanted “Zan, Zandegi, Azadi” (Woman, Life, Freedom). It was uplifting for many to see hundreds of thousands of people connecting in the most straightforward manner to the Iranian struggle against oppression. Protests have also occurred beyond the west, and have encountered some interesting dynamics in the Middle East, especially in Israel since the protest wave began in the run-up to elections.

My political affiliations, in fact nothing about me whatsoever, can justify your call to have an American Congresswoman butchered.
You've created your own millstone, maggot- and by your own filthy mouth you are a terrorist in the eyes of the law.

Note that the Brit maggot, serendipity, a terrorist in the eyes of US law, not only calls for the murder of US Congresswomen but flies the ' Tank Tracks and Sphincter ', the flag of apartheid Israel, in his efforts to recruit support for Israeli fascism, invasion, illegal occupation, genocide, ethnic cleansing, murder and theft .
https://www.justplainpolitics.com/s...el-in-it%92s-fight-against-racists-who-seek-t

He cries ' antisemitism ' to all who oppose Jewish fascism, non-Jews and Jews alike while calling for the murder of US politicians who want to see an end to American support for Israeli criminality and the massive burden on the US taxpayer that such support entails.
Bear in mind- support for Israeli fascism and calls for the murder of US politicians come from the same stable.

It's no secret that some members of Congress and the Senate support the movement for freedom for Palestinians and condemn the crimes committed by Jewish fascists under cover of their illegal occupation of Palestine and the spurious US support for it. They were elected according to their anti-fascist beliefs and activities and their following is growing. Their activities are legal and form a legitimate addition to the sphere of US politics.
Freedom of speech is guaranteed under the 1st Amendment but there are, surely, limitations when it comes to a foreign rabble-rouser calling for murder ?

How does the law stand in protecting elected politicians from the overt excesses of the scum that threaten them with death ?

There's a minimal thread-ban list for this question as I'm interested to see how many other degenerates believe that calls for butchery of an American politician in the mode of the actual butchering of American journalist Jamal Khashoggi are legitimate.

Know what you’re doing? You’re giving more oxygen to one that is better suffocated with neglect.

That's one way of looking at it- then again new folks should know that there's a deep pothole in the road.
He is, after all, eligible for the designation ' terrorist ' by the State Department.
