The Joke administration opened up bids for three areas in the Gulf of Mexico to build offshore wind. Two of the areas got ZERO BIDs. Seems energy companies recognized what Bribem and his Minions of Ignorance couldn't. That cheap oil and gas demolished any possibility of making a profit off expensive offshore wind generation projects.
