John McCain on Meet The Press this morning...

Do you think there is any truth in this?

To piss off snowflakes, bottom feeders and racists

the IC leakers have to leak it somewhere -and instead of just passive publication by the NYTimes -they leak it to McCain who is another source beside the media
and can use it to go after Trump is his aggressive manner- and McCain is so full of bile he's a useful tool

I answered more in full here

I don't consider the standards to be different for officials and candidates. If someone is going to appear on my ballot, they better be qualified (i.e. experienced/educated/knowledgeable enough) enough to potentially succeed in that office. A candidate for district judge should be able to actually sit on the district bench, and not just some clown seeking attention.

Let the record show that this is an "argument" that I could have only gotten into with a Trumptard or a troll. Anyone else is probably too intelligent to pull this crap.

Someone appearing on a ballot doesn't automatically make them qualified to do the job. They can meet the qualifications to run but not be capable of doing the job. There is a difference between being ABLE to run and being able to DO THE JOB.

Let the record show that when I use words YOU put into a question, you run like a pussy when it's pointed out. Apparently you're too much of a coward to stand behind YOUR statements.

Funny how the libtards love McShamnesty again and he can't get enough of being the "Maverick" again

The Democrats are the reason Graham continues to get elected in South Carolina. South Carolina is an open primary state. The Democrats know their candidate for the general election doesn't stand a snowball's chance regardless of who is chosen to represent the Republicans. The Democrats are willing to accept Lapdog Lindsey and make sure he gets the nomination by voting in the Republican primary.

When asked by Chuck Todd during a discussion about Trump's ties to Russia and the possibility of his campaign being in collusion with them, if McCain thought a Republican Congress could effectively and impartially investigate Trump because he's a member of their own party, McCain replied "I hope so".

As to whether or not he actually believed it, his reply was "Hope more than believe".

So IOW, a top Republican Senator doesn't fully believe that his party can or will fully and honestly investigate Trump, no matter what he may be suspected of doing.

More reason than ever to hope and pray for the sake of our democracy, that the Democrats retake control of the Senate in 2018.
McCain is 'crazy', remember?
