There's a video in that link of the Canadian government, and Trudeau specifically, pledging support to LGBT refugees from Russia and Russian-satellites.
I would suggest you actually watch that video. Carefully. He is not pledging support at all.
I just watched it again. He references the Rainbow Railroad, an organization that works in concert with the Canadian government to provide direct assistance to LGBTQ refugees. It's on their website.
Keep moving the goalpost, though. Originally you wanted the Canadian government and Trudeau to say something about LGBT abuses in Russia. Both challenges met.
And note that in Canada, the liberals get criticized for not doing enough to speak out against Putin's terrorism. Smoke on that one.
