Hunter Biden brought the laptops--three of them--in for repairs. He signed the ticket the shop owner gave him authorizing repairs.
So, item one on that list is a lie, an outright lie.
The shop owner took possession according to Delaware law on abandoned property when Bagman failed to return and pick up the repaired computer. Two others he had left with the shop were unrecoverable.
That makes item 2 a lie by omission.
The shop owner could then do whatever he wanted with the repaired computer as it was now his to do that with.
He gave the
actual computer to the FBI. The FBI has it. Another lie by omission in that list.
The owner made copies of the hard drive. He was legally able to do that and he could give them to anyone he wanted to. That makes items 3, 4, and 5 irrelevant. Even if the shop owner gave those people copies
before turning it over to the FBI, that's perfectly legal.
Oh, and now, what two + years later everybody says what has been revealed on that hard drive is 100% accurate and real not something the shop owner modified, changed, added, or whatever. Deal with that.
That post is just an attempt at a tu quoque fallacy to smear the computer shop owner because the poster is obviously a Biden psychophant.
