He also suggested that his skin cancer (he used to have) was caused by the use of oil rather than sun damage...

This man isn't all there, we all know it, 30% of the US ignores it. You know the same folks who think that because 90% of Ds would vote for Biden again if they had to (because nobody else was running but a republican) it means that he'd win if he ran again... those are the ones that pretend that he's got a brain that isn't fueled by vitamin speed so he can function above the level of a 4 year old.

You will find your answer on JPP. Look at how many threads there are screeching about something Biden said that was misinterpreted. Yeah, he often makes gaffes too; he's famous for it. But the Reichwing Screech Machine tends to make mountains out of molehills.

He had a non-melanoma skin cancer removed which is extremely common for older fair skinned people who have spent time in the sun and it had zero to do with exposure to oil as he falsely claimed. Really it was a double lie. He doesn't have cancer and the rough patch of skin he had removed was from the sun not oil.
I myself had a similar patch removed. Doc sprayed some cold stuff on it that burned a bit and that was that. Guess I'm now a cancer survivor according to Biden. LOL
