Biden didn't realise , however, that lots of women in the US use hair dyes and other hair products - like perming solutions and hair sprays, etc; that are full of chemical toxins that can cause cancer.

My beef is he recycled the EXACT same story that he previously said he got asthma from. PLUS it is widely known you get skin cancers from excessive SUN exposure not oil on your windshield exposure. Biden was a lifeguard and spent a lot of time in the SUN..
