One reason was Trump did NOT let any of his people even talk to Biden's people when Biden was taking office, and Biden didn't know how well the first two stimulus checks were working so he thought another one was needed and issued another one driving up inflation, maybe IF Biden's people had got some info from the Trump people it wouldn't have happened.
