If Prez Trump sells Japan some nukes ... will lil' Kim continue to launch missiles over a "Nuclear Japan"????

not sure if that changes anything.. w could use nukes now if we wanted to.

I can't think of any reasons not to use the ABM systems in the OP however

Honestly I don't know/ I've read they have fired "missiles" over or at Japan before-i'm not sure if this was an ICBM either.

it looks like? previously they fired "intermediate range" missiles.

Recall it was only recently they developed an ICBM capable engine
