You're right - he didn't participate. At all. He sat & watched for 3 hours while our Capitol was being attacked & cops were being beaten, when he could have easily stopped it.
And let's not forget that he incited the whole thing.
As for "no insurrection," Trump said it was, just today. He also said it was caused by Pelosi. Which is fascinating, and would really need a team of psychologists to sort through.
But Trump was not involved.

You really should read the Constitution of the United States and all the State constitutions instead of just ignoring them.
The Constitution of the United States governs how a President is to be elected. The States MUST conform to this law. The Constitution of the United States also describes how a member of Congress (either House or Senate) is to be elected. The States MUST conform to these laws as well. They DO have the authority to amend that constitution, using the procedures outlined in that constitution.
The State constitutions describe how a State elects it's own State officers (legislature, governor, and the like).
Far from being 'fucked', Trump is winning primaries in States by a wide margin. It's becoming pretty obvious that he will be the nominee of the Republican party.
It also seems Biden will become the nominee of the Democrat party.
State legislatures are the ONLY ones given authority to choose their electors, according to the Constitution of the United States. They may organize a general vote as an advisory, but only the legislature has authority over the certification of that vote.
In the 2020 election cycle, seven States never chose their electors, due to massive election fraud by Democrats. No President was elected. Joe Biden was installed as Chief Puppet as a result of this coup by Democrats, effectively giving Obama a 'third' term in office.
In the 2022 election cycle, several States AGAIN faulted due to election fraud by Democrats.
If the 2024 election cycle AGAIN faults, the Democrats will not be able to escape their fate. Civil war is inevitable, since the election system will be so obviously demonstrated to be utterly broken. Democrats are playing with fire, and they WILL get burned. Democrats are ALREADY trying to throw the 2024 election.
