Hundreds charged with crimes in Capitol attack

More than 800 people across the U.S. have been charged in the Jan. 6 riot at the U.S. Capitol, which left officers bloodied and sent lawmakers into hiding, and federal authorities continue to make new arrests practically every week.

The charges against members of the angry pro-Trump mob range from low-level misdemeanors for those who only entered the Capitol to felony seditious conspiracy charges against far-right extremists.

It’s the largest prosecution in the history of the Justice Department, whose leader, Attorney General Merrick Garland, has vowed to hold accountable “all January 6th perpetrators, at any level.”

I just don't understand those whose votes in the general election are up for grabs.
How does one make it to voting age without acquiring any ideology on the way?

Two obvious problems.
18 is too young to vote. Drink first...than vote. They've got it backwards.

Also, Joe Sixpack is proof-positive of inadequate American education.
Too many Americans are more ignorant than a bag of rocks, even if they aren't dumb to the point of serious deficiency. Many are that too, however.
It's costing us our republic. It already has, really.
 
Don't get your hopes up moron. No one cares about 1/6th its going to be a ratings fiasco . Its all about the economy stupid. Meanwhile gasoline is $5 and new moms can't find food for their babies. Thanks Joe Biden and his minions.

Donald Trump’s campaign directed Republican party operatives named as “alternate” electors in Georgia to operate with “complete secrecy and discretion” as the then president attempted to overturn his defeat by Joe Biden.

The startling direction was contained in an email which is part of a US justice department investigation, CNN and the Washington Post reported.
